Coaches, Swim Chairs/Scorers, & Referees must KNOW the Scoring Rules in FCSL General Sports Rules, & FCSL Swimming Rules!
Especially how to handle any changes, including the 4th EVENT RULE and the 2013 amendment! Referees MUST ensure the final scoring is correct when totals are close (ie 20 points apart or less) per the FCSL Rules, BEFORE signing sheets & BEFORE final score announced.
