From the Merritt Parkway, N or S: take Exit 36 Rt. 106, Stamford/New Canaan. Turn left onto Rt. 106 North. Follow 106 for about one minute. Take your first right onto Lapham Rd. The entrance to the pool parking lot is on the left, almost at the top of the hill, before the entrance into Waveny Park.
From 95 N: Take Exit 11. Turn left onto the Post Road (Rt. 1) and follow it through downtown Darien. After you go under the railroad tracks, turn left onto Rt. 124, Mansfield Avenue (across from the fire station, at the Post Corner Pizza corner). Mansfield becomes South Avenue and takes you into New Canaan. After you pass the entrances to the Merritt Parkway, N & S, watch for the entrance to Waveny Park on your left (across from the Morman Church. Follow the road to the top of the hill, drive past Waveny House and the softball and soccer fields. You will be able to see the top of the pool house and the pool’s blue umbrellas on the right. Turn right onto the road after the soccer fields. There will be an entrance to the pool parking lot on your left.
From I 95 S: Take Exit 11, turn right onto the Post Road (Rt. 1) and follow the direction above. |
